We selectively ship to EU countries with relaxed or neutral cannabinoid import policies:

Belgium (case-by-case)

Other destinations may be possible upon request. All international buyers must agree to our Wholesale Buyer Agreement before dispatch.

🧾 Customs & Legal Responsibility (Outside UK)

We make every effort to prepare your parcel with all legally required paperwork, including:

However, international customers are responsible for:

Confirming import permissions for THCA and hemp products
Paying any customs duties or taxes incurred

🔄 Failed Deliveries or Address Errors

If your package cannot be delivered due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address
No authorized adult present to sign
Refusal of customs clearance

Replacement or refund for lost or severely damaged goods (subject to evidence)
No coverage for international customs seizures (see above)
