Due to UK and international cannabis regulations, we do not accept general product returns or change-of-mind cancellations once an order has shipped.
All orders are:

- Packaged and sealed with verified batch IDs
- Accompanied by 3rd party COAs for product consistency
- Labeled “Not for Consumption” and handled with full compliance

📄 How to File a Claim
To file a return or refund claim:

- Use subject line: RETURN CLAIM – ORDER #[YourOrderID]
- Attach:
- Clear photos of product and outer packaging
- Copy of invoice or order confirmation
- Description of the issue (e.g., “punctured vacuum seal”, “wrong strain sent”)
- Batch ID and COA reference if applicable
We aim to resolve all valid claims within 3–5 working days.
🔁 Replacement or Refund Policy
Once your claim is reviewed and accepted:
- You may receive a replacement (if stock is available)
- Or a full/partial refund to your original payment method
- Or a store credit voucher valid for 90 days
Refunds are issued to:
- Your original bank or crypto wallet
- Or in some cases, via manual transfer (UK clients only)
📦 Return Shipping Instructions (When Required)
