Wholesale Buyer Agreement

This Wholesale Buyer Agreement sets the official terms between Bulk Weed UK and any buyer, business, reseller, distributor, or B2B partner using our platform to source bulk THCA flower, legal cannabinoid products, or wholesale cannabis extracts.

By registering for a business account or placing a wholesale order on bulkweed.co.uk, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.

🏢 Eligibility to Purchase Wholesale

To qualify as a wholesale buyer, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide valid business credentials, such as:
  • Business registration or company number
  • VAT number (if applicable)
  • Wholesale or resale license (if applicable)
• Operate from a jurisdiction where industrial hemp, THCA, or cannabis extracts are not explicitly prohibited

We reserve the right to verify, deny, or revoke wholesale accounts at our discretion.

📦 Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

To ensure commercial relevance, all wholesale orders must meet the following MOQs:

⚠️ Storage, Handling & Shelf-Life

As a wholesale buyer, you agree to:

• Track batch IDs in case of recalls or quality audits

Failure to handle goods properly voids product warranties and refund rights.

🔁 Resale & Repackaging Conditions

✅ You MAY:

• Resell our products as long as:
  • Original labeling is preserved, or
  • Approved private label branding is applied
• Advertise products as:
  • Novelty, collector, or non-ingestible research items

❌ You MAY NOT:

• Advertise or label products as smokable, edible, or medicinal
• Use our products in food, drink, cosmetics, or consumer supplements
• Mislead customers regarding intended use or legality
• Resell in jurisdictions that prohibit THCA flower or similar products

Violation of these terms may lead to:

• Account termination
• Legal action
• Reporting to local authorities

All wholesale clients receive:
