2. Wholesale Access & Account Creation

To order from Bulk Weed UK, you must:

Submit a valid business registration, VAT ID, or resale certificate
Create an account using accurate business and contact information
Agree to verification via email or phone
Acknowledge that our products are not for personal recreational use

We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any account.

3. Product Use & Regulatory Disclaimer

4. Order Acceptance & Payment Terms

📦 Order Process:

Orders are confirmed once payment is verified
Fulfillment times: 1–3 business days (UK); 3–7 days for EU/Canada
We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order without liability

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

6. Returns, Refunds & Claims

Due to the nature of cannabinoid flower and concentrates, we offer limited returns.

Refunds are only issued if:

Products arrive damaged or contaminated
Claims are submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Batch IDs and COAs are attached with evidence

No refunds for change-of-mind or misuse.
